ENR Texas & Louisiana has named its 2013 Best Projects and two RLG jobs made the list. Triumph Aerostructures Manufacturing Facility in Red Oak, TX won in the Manufacturing division and Baylor T. Boone Pickens Cancer Hosptial in Dallas received the Award of Merit in the Renovation Restoration category.
