RLG has amazing employees in its ranks: from industry influencers, travelers, marathon runners, animal lovers, and community leaders. The Employee Spotlight highlights the talented individuals who work here. Each week, we’ll be featuring an interview here on the blog and on our social accounts.
For this week’s Employee Spotlight, we spoke with Mark Kaiser. Here at RLG, Mark is a Senior Associate on the Structural Team.
I was born in Dallas, but moved to Michigan in high school. I graduated from University of Detroit Mercy in 2005 with a BS in Civil Engineering. After graduation I moved to San Francisco where I worked full time and received my Master’s degree from San Jose State in 2007. While in San Francisco I met my wife, Erin, and we have 3 children: Lucas (9), Emily (7), and Benjamin (5). We eventually made our way to Texas seven years ago after a brief stint in Michigan and have loved making it our home.
In my off time I enjoy playing hockey, running reasonable distances, and collecting various bourbons and tequilas.
