I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. My college education was cut short due to an injury from an explosion. In my free time I enjoy doing home improvement projects and arts and crafts with my family.

How did you hear about RLG? Why did you want to work here? My friend got me to come onboard for some contract drafting on a SMU job. I came on just to have some extra spending money but decided to stay on and learn Civil when they offered after the project was done. Then eventually getting back into doing IT for them when they learned I had a background in IT support previously.
What is the most challenging project you've worked on during your time here so far? Getting everyone able to work remotely from home during the pandemic while still troubleshooting everyday problems and not being able to actually sit at the computer with the issue.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned at RLG? Patience
What’s your favorite thing about working in your Department here? There is always something new to learn, fix or put together. From new software to new computers to repairing broken things in the office I don’t sit still for very long.
What's the first thing that you do when you start working every day? Drink a Redbull while checking emails, messages and log files.
What’s your workspace like? Minimalist? Homey? Neat? Interesting ... I like to bring little things that I made, painted or 3d printed. Some cool some creepy.
Do you have a go-to sound or song that you listen to when you need to just start working? Anything Heavy Metal
