The 10th annual Topping Out Awards were held on October 29th, 2013. RLG's Mark Bartlett served as a co-chair for the event. Attending from RLG were David Goodson, Michael Powell, Richard Ballou, Andy Ayers and Clayton Buehrle. Volunteering at the event were RLG's Chris Carsten and Gabrielle DeAnda. One of RLG's projects, The Joule Hotel Expansion, was selected as a Top 10 project.
