RLG Consulting Engineers provided Civil, Structural Engineering, and Survey Services to the Wheelhouse Multifamily Complex in North Richland Hills, Texas. This project is a mixed-use development, blending multifamily residences, townhomes, open spaces, and retail spaces. The design emphasizes walkability, aligning with the North Richland Hills Transit Oriented Development Plan, and incorporates Arthur Road improvements along Smithfield Road while seamlessly integrating access points to the Cottonbelt Trail walkway.
