RLG Consulting Engineers provided Civil and Survey services for the Texas Bank in Anna, Texas. This project features a 5,000 square foot bank with a drive-thru and a parking lot.
Our Civil team provided the standard site development services for the bank. This included paving and grading services for the site and stormwater, domestic water,
and sanitary sewer services. Part of this project included assessing a detention pond near the site. Due to the pond's proximity to the new bank, RLG's Civil team evaluated the pond and ensured it could handle the excess drainage from
the new bank.
Prior to this construction, RLG prepared civil plans and coordinated the preliminary plat with the City of Anna for a temporary building, parking, and drive-thru to be placed on an adjacent lot. This integral step allowed the bank to serve the community before the main building was completed.
Our Survey team performed a topographic survey and a replat of the lot.
