Arapaho Road renovations included a new turn lane and new drive configuration that improved access to the site.
This former bank building underwent a major renovation project which included removal of existing concrete vault walls, reframe and infill a portion of the floor slab, and additional framing to support hanging foldable partitions.
Additionally, the architectural design required removal of existing columns to provide for more open and flexible floor space for the owner and end-users.
The building entrance was improved with a new Porte Cochere entrance. The choice of construction materials was to complement and added to the overall experience.
