The Peoria office has continued to build strong relationships and deliver practical engineering solutions tailored to the needs of clients and communities in the area. Guiding that growth is Peoria Office Leader Allen Taylor, SE, PE, AIA, NCARB, who brings 27 years of industry experience and has been with RLG for six years. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to client service have helped strengthen and support RLG's presence throughout the Midwest while supporting the office's continued success. Through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to quality, the office reflects the values that define RLG’s approach to every project and partnership. As the office continues to grow, RLG is excited to announce that we now offer Civil Engineering services in addition to structural engineering in Peoria. This expansion strengthens our ability to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary support while continuing to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Supporting this growth is the addition of Joshua Mohr, PE, the first Civil Senior Project Manager based in RLG’s Peoria office. With more than 12 years of Civil Engineering experience, Joshua brings expertise in site design, stormwater management, and sanitary sewer design for a wide range of public and private-sector projects. Known for his problem-solving, effective coordination, and collaborative approach. Joshua’s addition marks an important milestone for the Peoria office as RLG continues expanding its services.
Our Civil Engineering team provides expertise in site development, drainage, utilities, paving, grading, and infrastructure improvements across a variety of project types. Adding these services in Peoria reflects RLG’s commitment to client-focused solutions by providing a more connected and collaborative project experience from concept through completion.
