RLG is providing the engineering design services for the utility improvements along Keller-Hicks Rd. from Park Vista Blvd. to U.S. Hwy 377 (Denton Hwy.). The scope of work includes the analysis, design and adjustment of the water, wastewater and storm drainage systems along 1.2 miles of the roadway improvement/expansion project. Proposed storm drain improvements include the evaluation of a1.1 mile2 drainage basin and 4 existing/proposed culvert crossings including 1 crossing located within the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) right-of-way. Storm drain improvements also include the conversion of the existing rural roadway with roadside ditches into a minor arterial with a closed-conduit drainage system in accordance with the City of Fort Worth’s and the City of Keller’s design criteria.
