Mr. Schwind has more than 14 years of professional experience providing civil engineering services for various clients. A member of RLG since 2006, he is frequently on the project development team and is currently serving as the Principal of the Civil Department. Mr. Schwind’s unmatched qualifications include the management and coordination of designs and preparation of plans and specifications for the development of municipal and commercial projects. He is also responsible for keeping RLG on the cutting edge of technology through the implementation of the latest design software, for use by technicians and engineers for the design and production of drawings.
