We are excited to announce the partnership of: Geisler Pender Consulting Engineers + RLG. Geisler Pender Consulting Engineers + RLG is a woman-owned and operated firm. GP+RLG is pursuing WBE certifications and working closely with RLG on upcoming pursuits that require these certifications. Kristina Geisler-Nordholm, PE started with RLG in 2007 and is leading the charge as Chief Executive Officer of Geisler Pender Consulting Engineers + RLG. Kristina is a graduate of Kansas State University and an active member of their Architectural Engineering Advisory Council. She is a very talented structural engineer and some of her work includes Baylor Grapevine, The Collins Family Bridge of Hope, and Old Dallas High School. Kristina is partnering with Andrea Pender, who serves as the Chief Business Officer. Andrea has been with RLG since 2018 and enjoys educating the team on best practices for business development. She is passionate about business development with over 16 years of experience and is the current Dallas SMPS Past President. Andrea is a graduate of Purdue University and is an active member of the Lamb School of Communications Advisory Board. Andrea will remain the Director of Business Development for RLG. “This partnership will strengthen our client relationships, and it is a very exciting time to be involved in such a wonderful firm.
