Upon joining RLG in 1996 as the Manager of the Civil Engineering and Surveying Departments, Mr. Markussen gained a wealth of valuable knowledge for working on “fast-track” design/build projects. For more than 35 years he has fostered the team approach to project designs by incorporating clear communication with the project owner and contractor in order to create constructible designs. After only two years with RLG, Mr. Markussen joined the firm’s ownership group as a Principal/Shareholder. Mr. Markussen now serves as RLG’s Chief Executive Officer.
