Andy J. Ayers, PE, SE, LEED AP


Mr. Ayers joined RLG in 2001 and quickly advanced to the Associate level by distinguishing himself from others with his talent, his commitment to teamwork and his excellent communication skills.

Early on he demonstrated an ability to cleanly design and detail structures with an eye toward accomplishing the need for an efficient design, owner functions and architectural expression. He has been highly complemented by clients for clear communication and creative solutions.

He took an early interest in BIM and serves on the SEAoT IT Committee on BIM. He has produced several projects with BIM using Revit® Structure and Navisworks® as tools.
