Tom Landry Sports Medicine and Research Center  
The Tom Landry Sports Medicine and Research Center is a seven-story multi-use facility located on the downtown Dallas campus of Baylor University Medical Center. This facility includes a seven-story medical office building over two levels of underground parking. The office tower is a concrete frame that encloses 123,000 square feet of leasable space. The underground parking encloses 107,000 square feet. The $11 million facility was designed by HED Architects and constructed by Medco Construction.

Directly behind and attached to the office building is a four-story health, fitness and rehabilitation facility. This facility encloses 90,000 square feet and is constructed of a concrete frame with a long span precast concrete roof.

This facility includes an NBA quality basketball court used by the Dallas Mavericks for training.

The health fitness center includes both therapy and exercise pools. Shown to the left is the Olympic-sized exercise pool. The 1992 U.S. Olympic Trials were held in this natatorium.
