Experience
Mr. Barrett has over 29 years experience in the design and production of structural
drawings for buildings. Since joining the Structural Division in 1988, Mr. Barrett has
designed and detailed numerous structures, including retail centers, retail stores,
movie theaters, office buildings, hospitals, schools, churches and estate homes. His
involvement has included working with Architects, Owners, and Contractors in the
production and coordination of construction documents, and following the project
through construction with complete Construction Administration Services.
Mr. Barrett has specialized emphasis in the design and detailing of retail tenant finishout
projects and building renovations for retail and restaurant usage. He has been
involved with over 1,000 projects in thirty-seven states and continues to be personally
involved with the design and detailing of each project. As project manager, he is
responsible for overseeing engineering and production staff as well as maintaining the
project schedules and project billings.
